I understand that by purchasing any ticket(s) for any event or showcase hosted or organized by Underground Music Venue, I am exposing myself and my guests to the inherent risks of injury or harm associated with live musical events, crowded social environments, and general nightlife activities.

1. Release of Liability

I hereby fully and forever release, discharge, and agree not to sue Underground Music Venue, its parent companies, affiliates, employees, representatives, or successors for any and all claims, causes of action, or liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by me or my guests arising out of or in any way associated with our attendance at the Venue.

2. Governing Law

I agree that this Release and Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Minnesota. This waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Minnesota law. I understand that this agreement is binding upon my heirs, assigns, and any personal entity acting on my behalf.

3. Insurance & Assumption of Risk

• No Insurance Provided: I acknowledge that the Venue does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, spectators, or participants.

• Total Discharge: In consideration of being permitted to enter the Venue, I release the Venue’s officers, board, contractors, and employees from all actions or demands resulting from any damage, loss, or injury sustained during an event.

• Unknown Claims: This release applies to all unknown, unforeseen, and unanticipated injuries or damages, as well as those currently known. I expressly waive any statutory protections that would otherwise limit the release of unknown claims.

4. Indemnification

I agree on behalf of my heirs, executors, and assigns to indemnify and hold harmless Underground Music Venue and its staff from any and all actions, claims, or demands—including legal fees—arising from my participation in or attendance at the event.

5. Non-Admission of Liability

I understand that my participation in events at the Venue, and the signing of this waiver, is not to be construed as an admission of liability or assumption of responsibility by the Venue for any alleged acts or expenses incurred by a participant.

Note: By purchasing a ticket or entering the premises at 408 3rd Ave N, I acknowledge that I have read this document, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its conditions.
